Which types of cheerleading coaches are these planners for?
Our planners are made for All-Star coaches, but can still be used by any type of cheer coaches. New coaches, as well as experienced ones, will get great use out of the planners.
We now offer undated planners as well, which are perfect for teams outside the U.S. who may not follow the same season timeline.

Which countries do you sell to?
Since the planners are delivered to you digitally via email, you don't have to worry about shipping. Our shop is open to coaches in all countries of the world!

I want to order planners for many coaches - is there a group discount?
The planner subscription is great if you want to order planners for many coaches.

Which planner size should I order?
Our printable planners come in two different sizes - A4 and U.S Letter:
- A4 =Â 8.3 x 11.7 inches / 210x297 mm
- U.S. Letter =Â 8.5 x 11 inches / 216x279 mm
Generally, U.S Letter size is most common in North and South America. A4 size is common in the rest of the world. Check your printer or printing provider for which size you use in your country if you're unsure.
Digital planners are all the same size.

How does the digital planner work?Â
The digital planner is a PDF file with clickable tabs inside. These tabs work automatically after you download the planner. Just click on the tabs at the top or right side of the page and you will go to that specific page.
Add text, draw, make highlights, etc. by using an app like Goodnotes or Notability for IOS/Mac, or PDFelement, Metamoji Note, or Noteledge for Android/PC.
I'm having issues printing my planner
Since all printers are different, start by looking at your specific printer's instructions.

DELIVERY &Â REFUNDS
When will I receive my order?
You will get a delivery email directly after purchasing. You can then download your planner(s) instantly!
If you order a custom gym subscription, they will be delivered to you via email within 7 days from your purchase.
The download page says "Download limit exceeded" - what does this mean?
For all planners except the gym subscription, there is a limit to how many times you can download the file(s). This is to prevent unauthorized sharing of the planners.
If you get this message, and haven't yet downloaded your files, please contact us and we will re-send them to you.
I can't find the product delivery email
